EFFICIENT
FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC)
The FCC regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable in all 50 states, and is responsible for implementing and enforcing America’s communi- cations law and regulations. To ensure the public has a voice in these regulations, the FCC solicits public comments through the Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS). In 2021, TCG helped the FCC to modernize this system and made sending, receiving, and analyzing this information easi- er, accessible, and more secure for the public and FCC staff. The FCC often receives a lot of com- ments, and ECFS ensured that the agency can manage them efficiently.
TRANSPARENT
MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE CORPORATION (MCC)
MCC is a U.S. Government foreign aid agency that provides financial assistance to promote economic growth, reduce poverty, and strengthen social service institutions in developing countries worldwide. TCG helped the MCC to develop software to collect, aggregate, and analyze the data which MCC staff uses to make fact-based decisions on aid. With our help, MCC now ranks first among U.S. federal agencies and seventh in the world for aid transparency according to the Aid Transparency Index.
ETHICAL
U.S. OFFICE OF GOVERNMENT ETHICS (OGE)
OGE provides overall direction, oversight, and accountability of Executive Branch policies de- signed to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest. OGE worked with TCG to develop Integrity. gov, the electronic financial disclosure system that presidential appointees, legislators, and se- nior government executives use to report financial holdings information. Integrity.gov enhances oversight of government ethics, increases the uniformity of public financial disclosure, and pro- motes transparency in the financial disclosure process.
