Agile Delivery

Reduce Costs. Deliver Faster Value.

TCG’s Agile approach helps Federal agencies streamline delivery, improve collaboration, and reduce unnecessary complexity throughout the software development lifecycle. We work closely with stakeholders to identify real business needs, eliminate wasted effort, and accelerate mission-focused outcomes.

By combining iterative development with transparent communication and continuous feedback, we help agencies deliver secure, scalable, and user-centered applications more efficiently while adapting quickly to evolving operational demands.

DevSecOps

Unify Teams for Secure, Efficient Delivery.

In complex Federal environments with distributed responsibilities, TCG builds collaborative DevSecOps teams focused on delivering and maintaining secure applications with speed, consistency, and accountability.
Rather than forcing agencies to completely rebuild existing infrastructure, we focus first on the core principles of DevSecOps — collaboration, automation, iterative improvement, and operational efficiency. This practical approach helps agencies realize immediate benefits while minimizing disruption to ongoing development cycles.
DevSecOps FAQ

DevSecOps Insights with Robert Bruce, TCG Deputy CTO

TCG’s DevSecOps solutions are designed to fit the unique structure and operational needs of each organization, whether supporting a small development team or a large multi-team Federal environment. We recognize that agencies of different sizes face different operational and collaboration challenges.

For larger organizations, we focus on improving coordination between teams and reducing silos through shared responsibility and streamlined workflows. For smaller agencies, we emphasize automation and efficiency to help teams accomplish more with fewer resources. Our approach is always practical, scalable, and aligned with mission requirements.

One of the most overlooked challenges in modern DevSecOps is open-source supply chain security. Many development environments rely heavily on third-party packages and external repositories, which can introduce security vulnerabilities and operational risks if not properly managed.

TCG addresses this through protective sequestration (PS), a strategy inspired by public health practices. Updated packages and dependencies are isolated within a controlled “quarantine” process before entering production repositories. This helps agencies reduce exposure to compromised or vulnerable software while strengthening overall system integrity and trust.

TCG follows an iterative and mission-focused approach to modernization. Instead of attempting large-scale operational overhauls all at once, we prioritize high-impact challenges first and implement improvements in manageable stages.

This approach preserves institutional knowledge, minimizes operational disruptions, accelerates measurable results, and helps agencies reduce long-term costs while continuously improving software delivery and security practices.

Application Security

Secure Systems Built for Federal Standards.

TCG implements secure application environments using FISMA-aligned controls for network architecture, server configuration, application security, monitoring, authentication, and logging practices.
Our security-first approach supports both FISMA Moderate and High environments while advancing modern Zero Trust principles built around continuous verification, reduced implicit trust, and proactive threat protection. We help agencies strengthen resilience while maintaining compliance and operational performance.
Success Story

Agile Transformation at the MCC

“TCG rebuilt two mission-critical applications for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and continues to support application development, data warehousing, and analytics initiatives across the agency. The TCG-led Agile transformation delivered measurable success, enabling MCC to expand investment in modern software solutions that support critical agency operations.”
