TCG supports the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) initiative through agile, scalable, and innovation-focused technology solutions. The SHIELD contract vehicle is designed to accelerate the delivery of advanced capabilities to the warfighter while improving speed, adaptability, and mission readiness.
This program emphasizes the use of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning-enabled applications, digital engineering, open systems architecture, model-based systems engineering, and Agile acquisition processes. Through SHIELD, TCG contributes to the development, modernization, integration, and sustainment of mission-critical defense capabilities across a broad range of operational and engineering domains.
