Why TCG Became a Certified B Corp

B Corp Certification is awarded by B Lab, an independent nonprofit organization that recognizes companies meeting high standards for social and environmental responsibility, transparency, and accountability. For TCG, becoming a Certified B Corp reflects our long-standing commitment to operating with integrity while delivering meaningful impact through our work.

This certification reinforces the core values that guide our company every day — being fair, honest, and open; collaborating effectively; and investing ourselves in work that improves outcomes for our customers, employees, communities, and the world around us.

While many well-known private-sector companies such as Ben & Jerry’s, Patagonia, and Cabot are Certified B Corps, the certification remains uncommon within government contracting. TCG is proud to help lead this movement within the Federal technology sector.

TRANSPARENCY

Becoming a Certified B Corp means holding ourselves accountable to measurable standards of performance and transparency. Our certification score is publicly available, and we are required to complete a rigorous recertification process every three years.

As part of this commitment, TCG openly reports on our social and environmental impact, helping Federal agencies evaluate our performance in areas that align with government priorities such as sustainability, accountability, and responsible business operations.
